I have 6 Troodon mating (5 females, 1 male). I give an Extraordinary Kibble to each of the females. Throughout the timer, multiple mating cycles are completed; however, the mutation incidence doesn't seem to have been increased.

If I've understood properly, each mating cycle should be producing at least 5 mutated offspring since Extraordinary Kibble is supposed to increase the mutation incidence to 100%, correct?
