Start a colony in this mod?
Hi, nice mod, but after playing for sometime I noticed that I can't teach the exploration tech. I am in the year 1430 I think, will it be possible later?

It seem there's been a change. According to the EU4 wiki page you'll be able to choose it when you reach level 10 diplo tech. But in my current game as Castile I was able to choose it once I reached level 9 admin tech (so basicallly you can only choose it as your second idea, but not the first one).

I thought he meant a wiki page for my mod, I realise that there's an eu4 wiki!
