Okay so, no it has nothing to do with my mod, my mod simply adds the dialogue packages to the races. As evidence I have attached the actual dialogue packages being inside both the Fog Praetorian and the Royal Praetorian

of course if there was something that I could do to help I would, if you want I can turn the chance for the speech to appear to 100% if that would help, but the lack of it spawning has nothing to do with my side.
I've been off kenshi for a little, but if you'd like I can hop back on and see if that problem is still around. I'll get on and start some games, try testing that specifically and see what happens. It may have been unique to that save file, who knows.
For the record, I have not had issues with any other variant of praetorian, and there was only one western praetorian in that save (idk if that's normal, but it just so happened to only be one), so I wouldn't have a way of knowing if that was a one-off problem with that specific praetorian without further testing.
The only pawn from hives expanded that I have consistently 100% of the time had issues with was the South Hive Ronins. I remember that it never gave me the option, no matter how many I captured or what I did with them. THAT I was able to extensively test, as I wanted one to make into a thief. Did anyone else ever report that issue? Last I checked in with this mod was in January when I made my original reply.
lol great name btw, I haven't heard about the issue with South Hive Ronins but I can def take a look, most of the issue I have been getting reports about are the low spawning ones, like the robots (very specific dialogue path that you had to take) or some of the generals (which have like a 5% chance of spawning the chat at the time)
