Quests that Force a Follower on you Glitch him out.
I picked Inigo up and I am loving him! But I have ran into a massive snag with him.
I had picked up the Companions quest in Whiterun where you take out the camp of silverhand after just becoming a werewolf, The Quest auto forces the follower with you and Inigo vanishs after entering the building. After that he is nowhere to be found.

Any Ideas what i can do shy of reloading before i met him? (14+ hours of game play)

If Smartbluecat provided his refID you could teleport him to your location with the console. The commands would be 'prid refIDhere' then 'moveto player' without quotes.

isnt the REF ID what you get when you click him in console ~ for those who dont know and the form id is what you get when you look him up on console i am just guessing but it might be because the mods in a different spot have a different ref id and form id depending on the load order i think not 100% sure

The Ref ID worked for me but I think the game Defalted to a town NPC for him. Everything he had is gone. So I had to spawn in some items that got him more up to snuf.

Considering the complexity of the character and mod all together, as you said before there are going to be bugs.

(edit): I also have the mod is the first slot for loading priority.

had the same problem with me but then i downloaded Ultimate Follower Overhaul + Amazing follower tweek + Extensible Follower Framework then it all worked

Press ` and then type "help inigo" (without quotes), it should show his ID.

I'm Having this exact problem with that exact quest that you mentioned. IDK might be a bug.

Use the Ref ID. If that doesnt work save and restart the game then head back to the Riften Jail and see if he respawned. Like BlueCat said the mod will have its bugs.

Ive had him forced out during 2 quests and never had any issues, he rejoined as soon as i left the quest areas... I have not done the companions line however, maybe there is something about that specific quest... I know a couple of people have confirmed that it was specifically that quest so perhaps if you post after this including the quest that bugged him out will help.

some will have differant ref IDs to teliport him id load a prev save, chack his id in your console, then load the save you lost him in and use it :D

I think, if he got auto dismissed from you, then he'd be travelling back to Riften on his own, he's essential so he can't be killed, so don't worry! ;3. Wait a while, could be several days, but he returned to Riften's prison for me, and he likely will for you too. He's likely just out for a stroll, maybe singing his songs as he tends to do.

He should always return to his cell - it may take a while though. If that doesn't work.

open console with ` key
type: help inigo 4
note first 2 digits of the Inigounique NPC_
type: prid xx008ae9 (replacing xx with the first 2 digits above)
type: moveto player
exit console

Thank you for the advice, smartbluecat! That fixed my issue, if anyone cares, Serana from the dawnguard dlc seems to cause this bug as well. Also, this is hands down the best mod I have ever seen. Gold star for you.
