All roads and buildings disappear on new load

All roads and buildings disappear when I zoom in. For a really strange reason I don't understand this seems to happen everytime I subscribe to a new intersection asset, even though I haven't added it to the game yet. Happened twice now. no idea what's going on.

Subscribed mods still run code, even if they're not enabled. Something is conflicting and you shouldn't have subscriptions to mods you aren't using.

That's probably what's happening here.
