I figured that I would start a discussion where people can report issues instead of filling up the comments.

I've played through with this mod several times and I think that I have found most of the NPCs that point you in the direction of the lost child but, every time (including my current play through), I can never engage the retired slaver in a dialogue. They aren't a random character and I'm pretty sure that they are from this mod but there is never any dialogue interaction with them. I get to that point in the trail of bread crumbs and then just shrug and go "Well, I know where the end of the mod is, so I'll just go there from here".

NPCs that I've seen work:

- Escaped slave in Spring
- "curious kid" in one of the slave camps
- Drug seller in some bar in the Swamp

NPCs that I've never seen work:
- retired slaver in the bar in Shark
