So the smithy has trouble recognizing the mod, it doesn't show the option to craft the saddles. I mean the normal one not s+.

Mhm, that is really weird. Im using the mod on my server and i can craft the saddles in the normal vanilla smithy.
Do you use any other mods that could have inpact on the smithy?
Did you try reinstalling the mod?

Reinstalling the mod does nothing and none of the other mods should effect the vanilla smithy

Did you try to use the mod in Singleplayer and see if it worked there?
Since it works for me and no one else reported this problem it might indeed be an issue on your end.
Maybe send me a list of the mods your are using and i'll try recreating the error.

I've been playing on singleplayer the whole time but it seemed to have fixed itself, just needed some time I guess? Well both smithys, the vanilla and s+ one can craft the saddles now.

But "Tapejara (Tek Saddle) Saddle" is not open.
