Give the ability to move backwards on the ground would be nice. and coustumes for flyer woh dont have saddels like griffin. XD

Backwards movement will be included in the next update. I will add costumes for griffin and wyvern very soon! :P

Sorry this is more of a question but is this mod meant to give an alternative saddle that has more speed less of the other stats or is it just a replacement that adds more speed?

Hey, this mod adds saddles that increase speed. No other stats are affected. If you have any suggestions for future updates, let me know ;)

Well, how would you aquire those quality saddles? Just craft them?

A saddle for the Lymantria(Moth) would be cool too. Nobody really uses them but they look fluffy

You can color the saddles like every other normal saddle.

You can use the INI options to fine tune the Speed.
The amount you put in the INI gets added on top of the Dinos speed.
So if your Dino is at for example 135% you put 15 in the INI to get it to 150%.
Example: AddSpeedPtero=15

Oh ok. INI is a file format. Ark uses those files for dedicated server configuration. You can read more about here: https://ark.gamepedia.com/Server_Configuration
