There is the racial remover, but that just removes everything in general...
However, the slow fall is not a modded effect. It is a vanilla effect. So, removing the visuals for it would mess with everything else it is related to. So in that case--I'd have to remake the effect and then add it to the Angels. I'm not sure how that would mess with previous/new characters having the vanilla or modded version, though. Because changing a racial effect only takes effect after making a new character, unfortunately. But I'll think about this some more.

I have replaced the Slow Fall effect with a custom one and it works on old characters.
