(For devs) I have found a fix for the blood decal bug!
I have found the mistake.

It's actually in the .vmt files.
There already is "$nodecal" "1", but there are // at it, making it a note.
From what I saw, the same mistake is in every other .vmt files.

Removing // at "$nodecal" "1" will fix the problem.

Also I am really sorry for snooping around like that.
I got an idea to try to help out since it felt like right thing to do. (#ContentCreatorsTogetherStrong)
So ye... Just wanted to point that out.

The fix will prevent playermodel from having bulletholes or blood splatters on it.
But I guess it is alot better than dealing with the decals freaking out.

This Is great! Thanks for bringing this to my attention that will help a lot I'm sure. Hopefully Pacagma can see this though as he ported this model and I have no idea how to do any of that. Is there a console command you can use in game to fix the issue as well? Thanks :D

Not actually a console command, its in the addons vmt files in the materials folder, I was experimenting with it for a while, apparently putting the // away will prevent the model from getting blood on it.

I tried it with all files, but I think the bug is appearing especially on the hair parts.
Maybe it could be possible to fix the problem without having to disable blood decals for the entire playermodel by disabling blood decals for the hair parts only.
