Trouble with the camp
Even though I have built the necessary camp, and the NPC says it's available I can't pay to upgrade my party's moral. Also I have a bunch of 'career change books' but I can't seem to add a second career or change my original one.

Is there something that I'm missing?

1. Probably still need to upgrade that camp, it's available at lvl.2
2. You need to get to DongJing, capital of Han fraction (I'm a Chinese player so not sure it is the exact name of that in English) and meet the bartender there, he is the one who can help your character add the second career.

it's a Chinese website post, and it has a profession table that features abilities of every career combination. It's in Chinese so I'm not sure if this works for you

Yes you can. You need to build and upgrade your "military music camp"(again not knowing the exact name) to lvl.3 , and then it would cost you a book of selected career per activation.
