Tournament Bug
Every time I enter a tournament, I start with 1 HP, no matter how much HP I have on the world map. It makes things impossible.

Not a bug. There a different tournament types, one of a which is an elimination style 1 hit KO tournament. Others are your standard "you wear tournament only armour" and "use your own equipment" styles.
