Guard parties?
Hey, im watching one youtuber and he have some party following him that he puts units into, and it always follows him, how and where do i do that?

It's something that you unlock as a vassal or king iirc, don't remember the exact mechanics.

After you've join a kingdom that control 1 or more towns, visit the town lord, you can use 25 renown to exchange 1 group of troop (own body guard) to follow and fight beside you.
2 groups if you own a town/castle or General of the Army in your faction
Up to 3 groups if you're a King
