Has a training troops on the Towns? Or the "places" are just fictional?
Example:
If i put my character to work in Market, and there Upgrade, my town will get a bonus to income?

(Sorry, If I didn't write right. English Student..)

That is to help you level up your Career, though I don't believe it has any affect like what you're thinking.

It provides you with money and each higher leveled developed part of the fief actually has a special effect.

The training area really does upgrade troops, for example.

Could you put something down that actually goes through what each one does that affects your Fiefs? I'd really love to get my hands on that information, if you know.
