what is the "mind Reader"? what does it do? where can get it? is it a person? if anyone could provide and info that would be helpful.

Just follow the main quest and you'll learn what you need to know about mind reading

That's will be usefull when u got Day 100-200, to help people, get Relationship and "Rewards".
