You have to do things regularly, like hunt down outlaws and you will eventually get a title related to hunting outlaws; do several mind reading quests and you will get a title related to mind reading, etc. I have over a dozen titles beyond the weapon stat ones. :)

i think if you reach around 30 strength and have the right stats you can get a title called God General

also you can get a title called the King of Escape if you have been captured in battle like 10 times
