Lvling up careers
Is there other ways for leveling up your career other than fighting and is there a way for you to have 2 careers like your companions.

You can level up your career by managing a town (you has to be in the same faction with the town owner). The creator of the mod said 2 career is planned to be implemented in next updates in other discussion, cmiiw
