Life-Saving Pills and Cannibal in Hunan
The game says I have a bunch of them, but I can't actually figure out what they do or how to use them. I assume they have something to do with the mind reading quests but can't figure out beyond that. What am I missing?

Also, as a side note, what do I do with the cannibal guy in Hunan? I've given him a bunch of prisoners, and he gave me a big hammer. Will he keep giving me things if I keep giving him more prisoners, or have I done all I can do with him?

Press "H" in mind reading guiest to get full health.
Abou the cannibal I dont know.

I'm pretty sure the cannibal guy's part is done once you finish his mindreading quest. After that he's just this mod's version of Ramun the Slavetrader. Maybe there will be more to him in the next version

How do you start the mind-reading quest?

It's part of the main quest that you get in the beginning. Just talk to the guy in Shuipo Liangshan and do the quests he gives you. Eventually he'll give you a special book and you'll be able to start the mind reading quests
