This could be a great hat
I put cosmetics into ranges, like certain requirements and these are put on when you make a cosmetic

Q Does It Fit TF2s Theme
A. It sure does! A cowboy theme in a old western time is great!

Q. Does It Look Like A Cosmetic In The Game Or has it been done before?
A. Yes, That's a problem, but renaming the hat maybe wont give the stigma of the Texas Ten gallon

Q. Is the hat compatible with paints, unusual's, ect?
A. Yes, except i'm not 100% sure about the unusual compatibility

Unusuals work fine, I think the energy ones show the scaling well.
