Taunt?
LIke, no sapper has a taunt, so maybe this should. i bet spy would love to watch some tv.

This works well, he turns the dials trying to tune it but it fails, the screen goes to "PLEASE STAND BY" As you say and he throws it away saying Oh, no. (Funny Joke) How am i supposed to watch my Opera now!

Even better! Let the sapper play some dramatic music while he say "Oh no!" 5/6 of the time, and 1/6 some country or insirative while he screams "Yes!".

Or maby a play back! If the engineer destroys the sapper: E: "You're a long way from France boy!" S: "Oh no...". If spy destroys a sentry/teleporter/dispenser: E: "Sentry down!" S: "Did I throw a wrench into your plans? *loughs*"
