I don't know what to call it
So I have no idea of what Sqf script to use to assing a name to at least the Group Leader so i can set some Scripted waypoints.
What should I do to assign a ID/name to the AIs spawned by your module?

The module for spawning patrol when player(s) cross(es) an area is not easy to customize. There are some patrol waypoints and AIs behaviors in combat already.
For the attack module, you can add any code you want (see documentation). No need to give a name to units for scripting something.
