disable all other addons and see if it still happens in single player (also revert to default controller bindings if youre using custom ones)

i got the same issue it happened after the few last updates i think

just for info, no custom binds, no added addons and none of them really apply in this case, and it happens when i move my head around and it's very drastic not just a slight movement like it used to, it keeps on moving to that direction the more i move my head to that specific way, ofc slows down if i go the opposite way

most likely caused by this update Version 119:
-updated locomotion system to prevent physical player location from getting desynchronized from the view

it keeps resetting the player position or something and causes the player to move, hard to say but it seems like it

did you close the console and esc menu after starting vrmod?

yeah i think so? i can check if i can make the issue disappear or find out how it occurs if i can do so

also i am not sure if i closed the menu before going into vrmod

the way i do it is that i just hit f10 which i binded to my console, it opens the esc menu automatically and i just type in vrmod and it opens the panel, i hit the go into vr and close the menu i think i can't remember myself closing it especially so i am not sure if it auto closes, that's why i'm gonna check

also one small thing, can you make it so when the player is sitting the head movement is disabled, making it so you cannot "fly" out of your body

i tried both, going into vr while menu open, still same movement issue, tried after closing the menu, same issue, if i set locomotion to 0 it works fine, except the part where i am supposed to move ofc xd

issue on the server, works in sp without other addons, i'll provide more info when i can

@Catse could you add an option in the vr menu to choose between the updated locomotion and the legacy, the new system is great in single player and works a charm but I too suffer from this self moving problem, the old one doesn't have this strange self moving issue.
