I FOUND THE FIX TO GMOD VR CRASHING (my solution)
You need to locate Garry's Mod in the explorer, open "FactoryReset-GMod.bat" and follow the instructions from there, reinstall the vr module, and remove reshade and "Reshade.ini" if you previously added Reshade.

I disclosed this information by testing the crash, I then saw the reshade logo in steamvr while the screen was shaking. Now all I had to do was fix the audio by choosing the default device.

You mean destroy the game to dellet all files? Is like "dellet system32 folder and your pc don't crash" situation. But they both destroy something, a game like a windows.
