Failed to Open Action Manifest
Heya, I recently did a Reinstall of Garry's Mod to Troubleshoot Full Body Tracking but now I get this Error and VRmod seems unable to Start

1. VRMOD_SetActionManifest - [C]:-1
2. VRUtilClientStart - lua/vrmodunoffcial/vrmod.lua:470
3. DoClick - lua/vrmodunoffcial/vrmod_menu.lua:147
4. unknown - lua/vgui/dlabel.lua:254

I heard that this might be an Issue with SteamVR itself but most of the Solutions I've Found might not Work for Gmod VR and honestly I feel like I might be Barking up ♥♥♥♥ Creek this Time Around, any possible Solution would be Appreciated

EDIT: Problem Solved, It was a File Permission Issue

I changed the Ownership / Security Settings of my Entire Drive (HAAAAAUUUGGGHHH)

It's a Windows Issue so it is Googleable
