ive had this problem with steam vr since i first got the quest 2, i bought tons of cord and everything untill i stopped getting qwueesy from it it was a paper weight, BUT THANK GOD kinda, the closest thing to a solution ive found is oculus stores steam vr link, because its more compatible with steam vr, no settings will fix that i know of so i hope you have ok internet, also there was a updated version of this made by some other guy if you look up vrmod and go threw a few pages you will see it

Yeah, I discovered that recently and my internet is fast enough. Steam Link on oculus store has repaired it because the meta made NVIDIA GTX 1650 blacklisted and it didn't support it but steam link is supporting that graphics card so it makes things look more 3D
