Other VR Players are laggy
Whether im in VR mode or not, other VR players seem to be frozen in place, their player model is sometimes doing running animations, and only updates once every 3 seconds or so, however their actual hitbox and stuff move and update constantly. Other non VR players look completely fine. What's wrong?

Update: it only appears to happen when im hosting, it's fine if other people host. Anyway to describe the problem maybe a bit better, the player actually updates and moves normally, however the player *model* is stuck in place, the model is animated and the arms are also stuck in place. If I go into VR mode, my own model is fine, it's just others, and only when I'm hosting.

Try doing this in console:
record 1
stop

Before or after launching VR. It hard-resets everything. And tell if that changes anything.
