Perhaps when you are at low hp (20% maybe 10% hp of whatever set amount you had at the time), and if you can connect what looks like a strong punch you and your.... lets say unwilling target will go into a animation where you punch him with Star Platinum (for however long the beat down was in the anime) and this does however much dmg you would want to set it at (1 hp to insta kill maybe), with some sort of cool down fitting for such a strong attack (maybe also the kira beat down for Inf Ts Star Platinum and Star Platinum: The World).
