My items didn't spawn when I dropped them
Some maps will stop you from spawning items if they have GAMEMODE:PlayerSpawnProp() and GAMEMODE:PlayerSpawnObject() disabled so the items I dropped just disappeared

I can't confirm this issue, props are spawning fine on my end. Then again, I haven't published the fixes I've made to ISAWC over the past week. Expect an update soon, hopefully the issue is solved by then.

I've discovered that for maps that prevent prop spawning, you can set the ConVar isawc_use_altsave to 1, to get around the issue.

EDIT:

I've discovered the problem and fixed it on my end, the fix will be shipped with the latest update.
