open the .pbo from the mod ([sp%2fmp]dynamic%20universal%20war%20system.altis.pbo) with the PBO manager
Extract all the files inside into a folder using PBO manager
Go into folder under dialog>startup>startup.sqf+startup_start.sqf
ctrl+F " case index_amount_cp_60: " then find (commandpointsblu1 = 60) just under that
replace the both 60s with 200 or whatever number, ctrl+s to save in notepad
Also i changed convertCPtoAP.sqf to make it give me 100 CP each time instead of -10 its + 100
save in PBO manager as placeholder name back into PBO, right click the folder and use PBO manager option, rename to original and replace in both
\User\Documents\Arma 3 - Other Profiles\steamuser\Saved\steam\[sp%2fmp]dynamic%20universal%20war%20system.altis
And
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Missions
