How do I play on a different island other than Altis?
The directions given aren't very clear. There isn't a file in my folder that is "SP_DUWS05b.altis.pbo" or anything like that and I doubt it's as easy as simply changing the name to "SP_DUWS05b.stratis.pbo" for example.

Could someone show me step by step? I'd like to play it on Tanoa

Late to the party...
Locate (may be different based on your pc):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\MPMissions

Use: "https://steamworkshopdownloader.io/" to download "https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=167274881"

You'll have the PBO
rename it adding [sp_mp]dynamic universal war system.tanoa.pbo or .whatevermap.pbo

place the file to MPMission start the game and copy again renaming it to add new map

Figured it out on Linux... Took a whole lot of work.

After subscribing to and downloading DUWS, of course, I had to copy:
/home/<user>/.local/share/Steam/userdata/<some number>/ugc/referenced/<some number>/[sp%2fmp]dynamic%20universal%20war%20system.altis.pbo
to:
/home/<user>/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Arma 3/MPMissions/
and then like the instructions say, rename "altis" to "stratis" or "tanoa" or whatever in the filename. That simple. It now shows up in the multiplayer hosted missions selection menu.

Thanks to the information found here... The first link is my own findings, and it should help patch up any holes depending on one's individual OS Steam and Arma configuration(s):
