Where did the virtual arsenal go?
I can't find it and I really need it. I'm not playing without my custom loadouts/outfits.
I looked up video's and they seem to have two armory's. I only have one, the Virtual Ammobox System. Not what I'm looking for...

It was a while ago, but I think I searched for a workshop item that enables you to open the virtual arsenal with a shortcut/hotkey. This can bring issues with it, but you can give it a try.

I have that mod but it never works whenever I resume games.

just go to your HQ officer -> request units -> unlock armory (bottom right)

I get an error message
"No entry steam/_cur/description.ext/startup_dialog/controls/zone_max_radius_radius_combo . comboscrollBar"

I believe this is why you cant talk to the officer to use your CP to buy units or vehicles

even without any MODS have the same error, and cant even assign squads buy vehicles, buy units or even armory, anyone else have same issue?
