There is yellow text in the stat change window when creating variants.

Fix by changing
font = "hoi4_typewriter16" to font = "hoi4_typewriter16_inverted"
Make above change on line 3432 and line 3444 of zmm_equipmentupgradedesignerwindow.gui

I found some text display problems when I used it with Kaiserreich verison. For example, in the mean menu New game is not displayed properly, also "other interesting nations" and some in
the tech tree. Please check.

Bug #1 Cruiser hulls (CL & CA) cannot be upgraded via the old system, because they are missing the upgrades = {} section in equipment/zmm_zmm_ship_hull_cruiser.txt

Bug #2 The production upgrades all use land xp, even those for planes and ships.

When I looked at the mod files all your production upgrades said xp=land which is why assumed it to be your bug, but I might just have misinterpreted that.

And another one: (Though I'm not sure if that may have been intentional.) The scout plane does not have a production reduction upgrade.
