The mod does seem to add any new resources on the 1.9.1 patch. Tested with some screenshots of Africa, middle east and Australia.

My HoI launcher says this is still in the 1.8 version. I've reinstalled the mod but that didn't fixed it. It also seems to cause some text bugs when I run the game.

That's not an issue with the mod.

This mod seems to be incompatible with literally every mod, including graphic and music mods. I was only able to get it to work by itself. When I try to load any other mod with it, it reverts back to vanilla resources.I tried it again today and the same issue is happening.

I can't say that I can reproduce your problem. It works as intended on my end. That being said, I don't have info to ascertain your situation.

When I try to use the mod I get a message saying that there are some errors present in the map definition and CTD but when I turn the mod off everything works fine.

Are there other mods enabled?
