Unfortunately, no. Kurin can wear only Kurin apparel. Though you could theoretically change some values in your files if you are willing to dig that deep into it. Make sure to read the Attention.txt with a message from the mod author first before changing anything though!

Exact file location will look something like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1662412040

After that, the file you are searching is in defs and it is called Apparel.xml.

That aside, it would be really wonderful if someone made some compatibility mods or more equipment for Kurins.
