Please post your crash reports here - possible fix found
Some players have reported problems of the game crashing on this map. There are very few events in this map and nothing fancy, so just saying the game crashes doesn't give me much to go on to fix it. If your game crashes please can you post details of the crash so I have a chance at fixing it or if it's a wider problem I can report it to the game devs:


-What sort of game crash is it? Does the game just freeze forever, crash to desktop, or something else?
-Are the any crash logs? If so please take a screenshot or post it in full below.
-What day/hour does the game crash on?
-Can you resume the custom map after the crash and you restart the game? Choose Continue and select the map to continue from your last auto save. Does it crash again on the same day/event?
-Does anything notable happen when the game crashes? Was a wave attacking, did you just train a unit, research a technology, selecting units etc.?
-One player reported that re-installing Steam fixed the problem. If someone else who is experiencing crashes could try this (or perhaps verify cache) then that would help.
-Any screenshots or video links of the crash would be extremely helpful.

A user who played regular 9 might have found the cause of the crash for some players. If you kill the Shaman then when you train a Ranger from the Soldier Center a Ranger might have a red health bar instead of green. This Ranger then causes a crash at some point, e.g. if you put them in and then take them out of a wooden tower.. I will report this to the game dev as a bug (nothing else I can do), but please try the following things until it is fixed:

1) if you get a ranger trained with a RED health bar instead of GREEN (you can hold ALT on the keyboard to see health bars), exit the map then CONTINUE from the main menu. This should change it back from RED to GREEN.

2) try not killing the Shaman - you can use Ava and the soldier to 'push' her into the colony.

If you are still having the game crash and these things don't fix it then please give me detail on when the crash occurs (there are crash reporting questions in the discussion above ^)
