I actually came up with those stats way before the Beggar's Bazooka was released and I wonder if it was such a good idea in the end. It's really hard to hit anything with those tiny grenades, so it will be underpowered most of the time, with the occasional lucky devastating shot. That's probably not a good thing.

I think this would encourage demomen to stay clear of players and assist the team by destroying sentry nests with the increased damage towards buidings. Tell me what you think.

I mostly agree with your points, but I think even considering the spread of the launcher, the Blast Radius needs to be toned down since it would be evident that Demomen would just spam the charge all the time, whether if there are a lot of people or not, and using the charge could One-HIT KO Level 3 Sentries with ease if timed correctly. OR, you could keep the blast radius intact, and instead make it like with the Soldier's Bazooka: You can't get ammo from dispensers and have to rely on fallen weapons, supply lockers or ammo crates. While it may be too similar to the Bazooka, it would make the Demomen also be a lot more conservative about spamming their charge hits since they will waste it in a moment's notice.
