I think it would be awesome if it were a taunt kill where you stab it into the enemies back and electrocute them seeing as most people are implying that this is a tesla coil.

Non of those,it's like the custom dispenser,the Amplifier effect,The medic lifts the medigun and a healing circle will come out and can heal 10-15 HP like the Amputator.I would like that:D

Does a weird robot dance and then shockwaves come out of user (effect up for evenmore suggestion)

Stand back (like he did in Meet the Medic while Ubercharging the Heavy), and electric shocks come out after pulling the handle.

New Idea... Why don't be a healing taunt. You smell the medicine filled are coming out, then rotate around and make a cirdle of health. Near by players will be headled by 100 HP.
