EDIT: ok look i know it seems like a joke but seriously, there needs to be more OwO/UwU rep outside of pyro. and even WITH pyro, you still need to give up all 3 cosmetic slots to get an OwO with cat ears. Engi needs his own OwO, and I know there's no way he'll get a face OwO, so this dispenser guy is ripe to rep OwO nation.
