Bug Report Discussion!
I made a new discussion where you guys can go and report your bugs! I don't want the bug reports to be in the comments as that would look inorderly and I might miss out on it, so I'd like you guys to report here!

How do you report? Comment in this discussion! What should be in the report? Well, first, do exactly tell what you did and what happened. Also, please list out a bunch of items you had in that run that you think that might have affected that bug.

Also do tell what mods you have on that time. Usually, mod makers would dismiss that if the bug is made by the other mods, they'd ignore it, but I'd love to make Rebecca as compatible as possible!

Oh, and finally, do tell what errors you get. Errors can be seen by log.txt or by using the console, which you can activate by pressing ~ on your keyboard. Thanks for reading, and have a fun day! -kakaodcat

The only items I could think of that caused the glitch were two items that made the shot speed and range stupidly high and another one which caused tears to bounce off the floor. Thinking on it, I think it might've been a one time fluke since I can't seem to recreate it either. Sorry I can't be anymore specific

Hmm, I don't want to say it, but maybe it just did a bug hiccup. As of now, I am not sure how to improve this but I'll try to prevent these hiccups as well. Luamod-ing can also cause Rebecca to be more buggy, but as long you don't luamod, the bug shouldn't happen as much. Anyways, thanks for the report, Guy 2.0, I'll do my best that doesn't happen again! For some reason it causes orbitals/familiars to have collision with walls,which makes key pieces unable to open Mega Satan door.

EDIT: It's fixed in the latest update!

The dashes don't appear to function as described; rather than taking a double tap, they seem to require me to be moving in the direction I want to dash, then quickly release and re-press the key. Simply double tapping doesn't work ever, and double-tapping while moving is even more of a crap shoot than the workaround I've explained.

Sounds bad. I did recently rework the double tap system, so that might be it. Apologies of it not working as intended, I'll get a fix with it as soon as possible. I'll try to let you know once it's more stable. Thanks for the report.

@Monochromatism, from what you're describing, I think the double-tap was suffering in a case of bad tapping sensitivity. The latest update makes this more sensitive. It's far from perfect, but it does improve it greatly. I'd like your feedback in any way I can improve it, if there's anything else that bothers you. Thanks for following this mod!

I'm getting a null value error on the console, says it's trying to compare it to "22", whatever that means.

I have that bug too, don't worry. I'm still trying to fix or even trying to replicate it. It happens really random, and it's not supposed to do that. I might get it fixed a few days later, it's not game breaking anyways.

Possibly either you have another mod on that's conflicting my mod, you are probably not in Afterbirth+ or you haven't refreshed it. It should appear, from what I know. Let me know for any updates.

Also, have you subscribed to my mod yet? If not, probably it did not download.

Hello, I like this mod very much, it is a great mod.:steamhappy: But sometimes I don't have a mirror after defeating the boss on the floor. I don't know how this problem happened, it has a lot of randomness.

It can also be helpful to send an error you receive through console or log.txt, as this would be nice for me to track down. Thanks for the report!

I found a bug.
When I have the ability to fly (Beelzebub transformation), I used dash-teleportation of Soul Heart. But after using dash the ability to fly is gone! I can't fly anymore!
Please fix it! :isaac:

Thanks for the report! That is a strange bug. Hopefully I can fix it soon, since atm I don't have the ability to fix it. Please be patient and I'll get there soon!
