This is a common request of ATLAS porters but it is unlikely the ship building from Atlas will be brought into ark for a multitude of reasons, but if you would like a form of boat building you could use a boat building mod such as Versatile Rafts or Advanced Rafts and MacGyver (maker of A.R. also has many nautical décor mods available.
