As stated there was no option to harvest, chop, water, or otherwise. It just stayed a full grown tree. Try reading before posting.

serously weird! on shop said its possible tree if you put normal seed tree as Large tree seed. not small and middle that gonna work. i didnt try out but i do later it. so hope helpfull that thing i said.

Large seed tree. that gonna possible get wood. if would work. stills not? ask deverloper.

Also. you can find way (Build mods Plants > *Bigtree and finish it then put L tree size. that allowed get wood.)

I know the topic is very old, but in case... someone experiences the same problem, they can find an answer here.
You can buy a variety of seeds from the new store added in town, however there're 2 big types of trees in this mod, decorative and harvestable ones. If you want to harvest fruits or wood, you need to look for the "tree icon" in front of the tree name in the building mode, otherwise you won't be able to harvest anything. It'll take some long time before a tree grown enough to be harvest though. YOU CAN GET RID OF THE SQUARE SOIL BY PRESSING + - on your key board to adjust the height in building mode.

Do you mean the " * " I planted a " *BIG TREE" and it still doesnt harvest ?
