Religious pawns will get a mood buff from while equiped while antithesists will get a mood debuff. Atheists and nonreligious pawns don't get a mood difference.
Then, when they get the real book, they can use that instead.
2. Wall of Light's comment above would be helpful especially if it allowed them to pray without a preacher. Preachers can die, end up incapacitated, etc...Rimworld happens! Allowing them a personal prayer book with the purpose of personal prayer with a smaller gain would make sense. This could work in harmony with DoktorKaiser's mat/desk idea!!
Edit* 3. Also couldn't agree more with Wall of Lights suggestion that the pawn take a mood hit instead of the "religion need." Also think it would make a lot more sense effecting mood than the body. This would also allow for a vast array of mood positives and negatives if you were so inclined...
"Godless -10" Having a religion and no personal prayer book.
"Faithful +2" Having prayer book
"Questioning faith -5" Having the wrong prayer book type...
I mean ***no disrespect*** when I say I was looking for a mod that added more content, but I feel like without these changes, it's a self sabotaging mod at this point.
