Police department coverage etc. is not directly influenced by crime and vice versa. Police department etc. requires overlapping if you want it to go very high.

Hi @Keallu, let me start off by saying I have been using and enjoying this and several other mods you created and I'm a big fan of your work.

I especially like the addition of clicking an entry in the problem window and being taken to that location. That totally made Watch It! a must have mod.

My question is like @nhatanh0475 my police is bright yellow although I have good coverage. The label reads 51. What does this number relate to?

The jail availability is nice and green but the label reads 288. What is this number? My cell usage is 13/75. Maybe a better number would be the % of free cells in this case 82?

The numbers are the internal scale that the game uses for service availability. A number over 100 indicates that services are more than sufficient. In the vanilla game these just clamp at 100 on the color scale but numbers behind are more or less infinite.
