That is really strange, i'll have look into it on our end. In the meantime have you tried loading the mod on a empty world by itself first?
Reloaded SEEX into my modded world that had issues, and now it seems to be working normally. Blocks can both be renamed and hidden, so mabey ultimatly it was a bug of some kind?

I dont like the look of DLC in the error log lol .... just to clarify this is offline and online with just this one mod on a brand new empty world
I just checked my mod code and compared to the latest keen build. No change that i noticed yet
