Sorry this is reaching you so late so I hope you have already found the answer by now. If not, then worry not. Simply, install the Doors mod and the TARDIS Rewrite should work fine. You can find it by clicking on the TARDIS Rewrite addon specifically and going to the right side where it mentions required addons. I doubt this would happen but if there are any other issues involving spawning the TARDIS then that may be due to conflicting addons. Sorry again for the late response.
