I can't seem to build the gunsmithing bench even though i have it unlocked along with the reloading bench and the advanced ammunition tech, is it a purchase only thing through trade or has it been removed but still kept listed as a legacy thing?

I've checked every single construction tab that my mod list adds for production based workbenches and it's not in any of them.
