I don't know if I have a mod conflict or something, but stabilize never seems to do anything. My assumption is that it's supposed to slow/stop bleeding for a bit so you can get someone to a proper place to tend to them, but every single time I've used it, they've still bled out at the same rate and died before they could be tended to.
