Mind you, the changes to the HUM_F and HUM_M in UNITS/PLAYERS/DRUIDS are jsut to change the OVERRIDES for the appearance. If you've made changes recently to those files you might want to do them by hand rather than blindly merging (they are the only overwrites in the zip).

Hey RT,

Not quite as easy as I thought it would be. I tried popping it in the mod and it didn't change the starting outfit. So, I'll have to figure it out when I have more time.

hey you still haven't done this? I think you should try to extract and copy them again, it just works. I think you might have had a problem with extraction and didnt realize it.

I know they work because I rebuilt the mod source here and reapplied them after you wrote this.

Just tried it. Still no go. Like I said, when I have a decent chunk of time, I'll try to figure out what's going on.

Yeah I don't know what to say — I think maybe your operating system is defaulting to not overwrite the HUM_F and HUM_M files under PLAYERS because it just works. I've already unpacked your mod and used my zip to make sure. Anyway, when you get the chance, good luck.
