Please explain. Sounds like very bad bug.

Recruitment explained in the comments, both the other ones are too low priorities for AI, it's complicated issue, but in short In 1939 Germany takes a very long time before switching infantry (the most used unit) to a non-default template. Just 9 inf without much support companies cannot push through anything (and GER is the agressor ...) .

Soviet heavy tanks - vanilla ai has extremly low chance of picking a heavy tank research. A niche fix since they only use heavy tanks in 1939 start where they start with some templates containing heavy tanks. But seeing them still produce and use a T-35 in 1945 was silly.

Hey KubiG just wanted to make you aware of these two new mods.

Only problem is that they will only assign 1 Dockyard to the re-added capital ships. So it also gives the AI a big boost to Dockyard output. I think it may be possible to get the AI to assign more than 1 Dockyard if new templates for the re-added ships are added to their AI brain?

I missed the question: Yes you can add as many templates to the AI brain :-) But you must also convince the AI to 'want' that ship class (e.g. it must feel it needs more battleships). It's tricky because it's all done in 'ratios', not number of ships. Which is really bad at times because if for example AI looses all screens, it will suddenly have too high BB ratio and cancel (or deprioritize) all BBs and instead start building screens...
