buffs
rakrus PM: sight decrease the size of the retical
omega 9k: make findable in civilian locations
move the head back from the tac sights (it looks like there close enough to punch you in the face when you shoot it)
RMR: decrease the size of the retical

nerfs
grip pod on certain guns with certain attachments are op (like the AR10 with a grip pod, long barrel and a adaptive chambering)

The Remington 7188 would also be cool to see. It's a tube fed shotgun, like the Benelli M4 Super 90, but it isn't semi-automatic. It's fully automatic.
